Fear of losing a client!

It's real! Every business owner must have a day in their past when this fear might have crept into their mind.

There will be incidents when some customers will use this fear against you to either lower your prices or agree to their unrealistic terms.

What should a business owner do when this happens?

The problem is not the fear. This fear, like all fear, is a natural, automatic response by our survival mind.

It's how you RESPOND to this fear once you start sensing it that determines the type of business owner you will be.

Will you bow to them or stand your ground?

This depends on the type of customers you have currently attracted towards you.

By type of customers, I mean the type of human beings they are...

Are they amazing with respect to their behaviour against other humans and business ethics?

These are AMAZING Customers! They are easy and convenient, like a breeze to work with.

or

Are they toxic, manipulative and unethical? Losing their mind frequently.

These are DANGEROUS customers! Not so convenient and risky for your business.

Start observing these traits from now on, when you meet them.

You don't need to judge, hate or criticize them. Just be a silent watcher.

Slowly, you will start to see a pattern in your customer base.

Your fear of losing a client is DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL to the number of dangerous customers in your customer base.

If DANGEROUS > AMAZING - Your Business depends on DANGEROUS customers.

If AMAZING > DANGEROUS - Your Business depends on AMAZING customers.

Your job is to achieve the latter GOAL:
Attracting and serving more AMAZING customers than DANGEROUS.

This will make your business and life stress-free, and when a DANGEROUS customer threatens not to do business with you, you will gain power over that fear and learn to let them GO.
